Unfortunately, a lot of your body is probably (1) literally crystallized because it hasn’t been used in a while and (2) in discomfort from years of mistreatment.
Luckily, this is almost entirely reversible.
Seriously. All you need to rapidly improve your flexibility is to understand and apply a few ground-breaking nervous system hacks to your stretching routine. And then you’ll let the laws of physics do the rest.
This class has helped thousands of stiff bodies since its inception back in 2014.
You don’t need expensive medical interventions, high-tech gear, or personal trainers. You just need a little bit of knowledge and consistency. That’s it.

Meet Your Guide
Hi, my name is Ethan and I used to be a human 2x4.
I couldn't touch my toes, sit comfortably cross-legged, or lift my arms straight up in the air.
It all started from a healing incorrectly from a childhood injury. I literally grew crooked, causing back pain, stiffness, headaches and even poor eyesight.
It didn't help that I worked hunched over a computer at a stressful job for 50+ hours per week.
Luckily, bodies can heal, scars can fade and people can change.
After completing my engineering degree, I've spent over 12,000 hours learning and developing the most-efficient yoga practices to help working professionals manage stress and boost energy.
I'm here to share with you what I learned.
