A proud alumna of the Canadian Film Centre, Karen recently made waves with her debut feature film, Village Keeper, which premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival. Her work on this film has not only drawn critical acclaim but also earned her a nomination for the Directors Guild of Canada Award for "Outstanding Directorial Achievement in Feature Film."
