Authentic Authority | Workshop and networking for Women Leaders + Founders
Want to command any room you walk into without feeling “forced”, pushy, or unnatural?
Gaining attention and respect isn’t about being louder or more aggressive than other people in the room (thank god!).
It’s about our presence, knowing who we are, reading our audience, and not being afraid to highlight our strengths in a way that brings value and inspires collaboration.
It looks like:
🎤 Just the right words rolling off our tongue without us even having to think about it.
🤝 People thinking of you and connecting you to your next big opportunity, be it an investor, a next role, a speaking opportunity, or an invite to an incredible event.
🌴 Effortless conversations because you spend time talking about what you actually care about without getting caught up in bore-me-to-death “small-talk”.
👋 Audiences pulling out their phones to take notes when you speak and waiting in line to talk to you and hear about how they can invest, collab, or hire you.
💃 Feeling secure knowing that there is room for everyone and there is no competition because you are so multifaceted and know how to showcase your strengths.
👯 Leading with connection so hard that by the time people find out what you do, you’re already best friends that of course they are going to make that intro!
🔥 Embodying the type of authority that makes people feel safe and inspired to follow your leadership.
Welcome to a different way of doing business. One where we value connection, authenticity, growth, and having a damn good time - even at a “networking” event. ;)
