Through interactive exercises and discussions, you’ll gain hands-on experience in applying Lean Canvas to real-world challenges. By the end of the session, you’ll be equipped with practical tools to refine your ideas and drive better product decisions.

Common challenges in completing a Lean Canvas
Interactive Lean Canvas Exercise (60 -90 min)
Participants work in teams
Each team picks a business idea (or is assigned one)
The facilitator walks through each section, prompting participants to fill in their Lean Canvas.
Open discussions on assumptions, risks, and techniques.
Teams refine their canvas based on feedback
Comparing different approaches
Identifying gaps and refining ideas
Mistakes to avoid when using Lean Canvas
