👟 5k Run and Coffee at Central Park
Join us for a healthy morning of conversation and caffeination; a memorable blend of health, happiness, and camaraderie.
Start with stretch, then 5k run through the picturesque Central Park. Don't worry about the pace. We're aiming for 9:00-9:39min per mile, to be comfortable enough to include all runners.
After the run, we'll walk to get coffee and talk some more.
This is a great chance to connect with fellow fitness enthusiasts and unwind together.
We will wrap-up by 10:30am, leaving you plenty of time to enjoy the rest of your day.
