Did you know that studying for the LSAT is exactly like training for the Olympic Games?

Join David and Harvey from SISU for a crash course in how to apply lessons from sports psychology to get yourself in game shape for the LSAT.

They'll be covering how applying mental training skills will help you with your LSAT prep journey, and discuss:

- Mindfulness: what it is and how it can help you increase attention, motivation and regulate your emotions.

- Confidence: simple strategies for building confidence before the exam.

- Cognitive restructuring: learning how to challenge your negative thought patterns

This is a can't miss event that will give you a unique edge in your test prep process --- you don't want to miss it!
