📢 Welcome to the Official Registration for the Poster Presentation Competition at InnovoCon 2025!
Get ready to showcase your research, creativity, and innovation! Selected extended posters will be published in a prestigious Scopus-indexed journal, and exciting prizes await the top 5 teams!
📅 Event Date: 27th February 2025
📍 Venue: JISCE, Kalyani, West Bengal
💰 Registration Fee: ₹500 per team
⚡ How to Register?
🔹 Step 1: Select the correct number of tickets based on your total team size.
🔹 Step 2: Fill out your team details and submit the form.
🔹 Step 3: Complete the payment via the Google Form link provided in the registration form.
🔹 Step 4: Your registration will only be confirmed once the payment is verified.
📌 Important:
✔️ Only teams who have completed the payment will receive an email confirmation.
✔️ After successful registration, you will receive an email with another Google Form link to submit the softcopy of the poster (Deadline: 23rd Feb 2025).
✔️ The hardcopy of the poster must be brought on 27th Feb 2025 for the presentation.
Important Guidelines :
1. Theme : Recent trends in technology
2. The size of the poster must be A1 (84.1 cm x 59.4 cm) (2 ft x 3 ft). The poster must be color printed, The texts and the figures must be visible properly else it will result into poor resultdisqualification on the day of the event. Flex printing is desirable
