Morning Yoga Flow
Join us for a rejuvenating 1-hour yoga session on the beach, led by our talented co-liver, Jen Coppins! This gentle morning practice is designed for mixed abilities, combining breathing exercises, yoga postures, and meditation. Whether you’re a beginner or have some experience, this class will help you cultivate inner peace and flexibility. Participation is based on a voluntary donation (to Jen), allowing you to contribute what feels right for you.
