About Event

Mental health and well-being are no longer just personal concerns - they are essential for building strong, sustainable workplaces. However, many organizations struggle to go beyond surface-level initiatives and truly support their employees in a meaningful way. What does it take to create a culture where well-being is fully embedded in the way we work, lead, and collaborate?

This panel will explore how businesses can foster lasting well-being while addressing mental health on multiple levels. Our experts will discuss both theoretical insights and practical strategies for preventing burnout, promoting resilience, and integrating tools like mindfulness, positive psychology, and even humor to create a workplace where individuals can genuinely thrive.

Panelists:

  • LISA BRINKS is an organizational psychologist, systemic business coach, and founder of Nulibre. She specializes in new work, positive psychology and leadership development, empowering individuals to create a meaningful (work) life and supports their mental well-being. With a focus on self-leadership, resilience, and psychological safety, she fosters workplace cultures where growth and mental health are actively supported.

  • MARCELINA DROZD is a workplace well-being facilitator, yoga and meditation teacher, somatic stress release coach, and founder of Heart(Work)Space. She takes a body-centered approach to well-being, using movement, mindfulness, and somatic techniques to help employees reduce stress, prevent burnout, and improve focus, motivation, and nervous system resilience.

  • KATHERINA ALDUNATE KUNSTMANN is a humor engineer, HR professional, coach & speaker, and founder of Dyingdonkey. With over a decade of experience in global HR operations and leadership development, Katherina uses our sense of humor as a strategic tool to strengthen resilience, build positive workplace dynamics, and drive sustainable success through a people-centered approach.

The panel discussion will be moderated by Katja Hamler, an office interior designer and founder of Urban Kiwi, a company specializing in designing workspaces for startups and small businesses.
