Many technology companies are aggressively hiring for PreSales roles - aside from a lull during the pandemic - the hiring trajectory continues to accelerate with demand (open roles) often outpacing supply (qualified candidates). As hiring managers, the burden of identifying 'ideal candidate profiles' and sourcing candidates often falls on us, and we know that SE experience is far from one-size fits-all, making it especially hard to find and attract talent.
