​​We welcome new contributors through a 75-minute safe space for you to spend quality time getting to know a small group of other senior leaders from hypergrowth companies across Asia. Share challenges and brainstorm the way forward; you'll make new friends dialing in from Bangkok to Bali to Bangalore!

​This edition will be facilitated by Jaka Wiradisuria (Chief Product Officer of SahabatBisnis.id, ex-Gojek, NewCampus Mentor in Residence). We will explore:

• ​Sharing our first-time failures & f**-ups: Lessons learned (willingly or not) as a first-time manager in a hypergrowth environment, we want to hear your war stories.

• ​Leadership by Design: Most of us are familiar with product roadmaps, how might planning a "people roadmap" unlock powerful teams that deliver sustainable growth (with or without us in the picture)?
