Meet Vanessa DiFrances, Senior Vice President, SVB Fintech
Based in San Francisco, Vanessa works with Series A Fintech companies as a Relationship Manager. After launching her career in Wealth Management at Morgan Stanley and Bank of America, Vanessa has worked in various roles as a Fintech operator and Fintech accelerator participant. It's through these experiences that she nurtured her passion for supporting women and diverse founders and now at SVB, it is her role to help these founders succeed. In her spare time, she enjoys running, hiking, and spending time with friends.
Meet Kesi Johnson, Senior Vice President, Client Success at Levin Group
Kesi oversees all client relationships for Levin’s USA business, a Tech talent marketplace with specialized brands focused on connecting top talent worldwide. She's been at the forefront of the commercial strategy in the US, guiding them from a headcount of 42 to over 200 employees today.
Her main goal is ensuring leaders in the tech ecosystem receive the support they need, whether it's in recruitment or thought leadership.
Starting her career at Levin in the Storm2 brand, Kesi has a soft spot for the FinTech industry, seeing it as a field with endless potential for positive change.
Beyond her work, Kesi is deeply passionate about inclusion and equality. She chairs Levin's employee resource groups and is the founder of Parity a gender equality network committed to promoting inclusion in the boardroom, highlighting women in leadership, and advocating for intersectionality.
