It is an easy flow class that focuses on different muscle groups each week. The class focuses on engaging and relaxing specific muscles, and emphasizing the proper movement mechanics. During the class we are using breath to guide the movement.
Props: Yoga mat Yoga blocks/books/light weights Strap, belt or non-elastic band Sliders/Socks/Blankets Empty wall (for wall poses)
Notes: Please make sure the camera is ON and placed away enough from the mat so I can see your full body during class. This allows me to provide customized feedback and modifications to improve your practice. Please make sure your phone is OFF or in Do Not Disturb mode to minimize distractions during the practice.
