Why risk matters: the 25% tax on ignoring risk in AI based protein design – Tudor Cotet presents the outcome of his internship project at Adaptyvbio, where he developed a risk centric benchmark for BO based protein design methods and found considering risk in model selection to be a pareto dominant choice across various setups.
