Grids! Zines! Zine-y Grids? Grid-y Zines? Wait—that’s it.
Grids allow for so much creativity. I know, I know—it doesn’t sound intuitive. But I firmly believe they do (and if you don’t, come prove me wrong?). Either way, let’s try making some zines with grids this Slow Sunday!
Bring anything you’d like to stick into your zines aka smol magazines—there will be lots of drawing, writing, sewing (if the paper is thick enough?), and adding found objects. Let’s grid it up!
As always, Slow Sundays are about doing things at your own pace. You can zine, or you can just be. Bring your activity bags—paint, write, read, embroider, daydream. There’ll be treats, conversation, and a quiet hum of people doing their thing together.
