Running Remote Community virtual co-working

Let's work together!

Join other Running Remote members for the virtual co-working session, this time "Deep Work" Do Not Disturb edition.

Your Host: Morgan Legge, Head of Organizational Change at Convert, productivity nerd, and leadership coach.

In this 2-hour coworking session, we'll you'll focus on you work with no slack, email, or phone notifications. Just you and your "thing" with no distractions.

IMPORTANT: This event is limited to 8 participants. Please only register if you are sure you can make it.

How does it work:

  • Show up (on time)

Willpower is overrated. Instead, draft off the energy of others.

  • Share your goals

The simple act of sharing your goals sets up external accountability and substantially increases the likelihood that you'll get it done.

  • Start working

When the timer begins, the host will play focus-inducing music while everyone begins the muted, deep work segment. The music is optional, but doing your best to knock out the task at hand is not!

  • Debrief & Celebrate

Your session host will check in with you and bring positive vibes. Not everyone hits their goals, but everyone made progress. We celebrate that.

Here is what members are saying about those sessions:

"The pomodoro session was a great initiation into a valuable productivity method that I'll definitely add to my skillset. The method of breaking items down into smaller increments and laser-focusing on productivity outbursts was new and refreshing.I was glad to invest the time to get started and get some of the daunting things off my list. I also learned a thing or two (again) about prioritizing as well as distractions." - Milana Martinovic, Foudner at onsitehub

"I attended the community coworking session led by Morgan. It was a really productive 2 hours of work where I had a chance to apply the pomodoro technique in a way that was really useful. I accomplished quite a bit in a focused flow using the technique and coworking with other community members." - Melissa Mauk, Finance & Ops at Pallon
