Bad actors kick-off session: Corporate Campaigning 101
Who’s profiting from anti-migrant policies and anti-migrant hate? And how can we work strategically to build people power against profiteers?
Join us online at 9.30am on July 15th to share knowledge, learn from the successful work already happening in this space, and begin co-developing strategies for a bigger and more coordinated response.
From the border and surveillance industry to exploitative employers and landlords, to media and politicians who fuel anti-migrant hate, a wide range of “bad actors” are profiting from these dangerous narratives and divisive policies.
For this first kick-off session, GSCC will be delivering their online “Corporate Campaigning 101” workshop, showcasing strategies, tactics and examples used to challenge the border and surveillance industry.
We’ll then have a broader discussion to co-create ideas for how this work could be developed, and explore questions and themes for future sessions – including a potential in-person event.
If you work in the migration sector, have insights to share or would just like to find out more, then join us on July 15th for a lively, urgent and timely discussion.
