About Event

Join us for a documentary screening of “Good Enough Ancestor” & discussion on the power of Plurality to boost the future of democracy

Co-organized by Learning Planet Institute & RadicalxChange France

At a time when democracy faces growing threats—from rising authoritarianism to the unchecked power of Big Tech—should we only fight back, or should we also actively build a new path forward?

Join us for a special screening of Good Enough Ancestor, a powerful documentary about Audrey Tang, Taiwan’s first Digital Minister and a global leader in digital democracy. From hacker activist to pioneering government innovator, Tang has redefined governance through radical transparency, civic participation, and open-source collaboration. Her work offers a radically different vision of Plurality, where technology serves communities, fosters deliberation, and strengthens collective intelligence rather than concentrating power.

This event is part of a global movement, with RadicalxChange chapters in 12 countries hosting screenings and discussions this week.

Before and after the screening, we will explore together how digital governance can bridge divides, empower communities, and shape the future of democracy.

As an interactive experience, we’ll connect with the 12 communities across the globe in real time. You'll get a chance to engage with 200+ in a global dialogue. We use Pol.is, a collective intelligence platform that enables nuanced, democratic deliberation.

You're new to Plurality? RSVP to join the event and discover the movement.
You're already part of it? RSVP to join us—and bring a friend to grow the conversation!
