IITA: 12.16: Rodeo Beach Loop
It's In The Air!
Get ready for adventure on the trails up above Rodeo Beach! Let's stretch out before the holidaze take over!
For this hike we'll explore the beautiful Rodeo Beach, Miwok Trail, and Coastal Trail loop. This 5.2 mile loop offers stunning ocean views, a scenic landscape, and even some WWII history with Battery Townsley and nice healthy climb to Hill 88.

📍 Meet at the trail gate on the north end of Rodeo Beach

This loop trail takes us along coastal bluffs above the Pacific Ocean, with small detours to Battery Townsley and Hill 88 - a former Cold War missile launch site. We'll enjoy epic views of Rodeo Beach, Tennessee Valley, Rodeo Lagoon and more along the way. We'll head to the top
The route is considered moderately challenging, but the epic views make it worthwhile! Feel free to bring your furry hiking buds too.
After our adventure, we'll meet up for beers at a spot TBD to celebrate our hike!
Pack snacks/lunch and plenty of water and be prepared for any kind of weather!
