Willow Spiral - Open Weave

​Join us at the Bonnie Doon Hall on January 11th for a relaxed and inspiring Open Weave!

​Bring your own project to work on, or if you’re between projects, Betty and Freyja will be hosting a mini-workshop where you can learn how to weave a beautiful willow spiral. It’s a perfect opportunity to connect with fellow weavers, try something new, and enjoy a creative afternoon!

​Workshop start times will be: 10:00 am, 11:30am and 1:00 pm.

​Willow spirals are a fun and easy project. We recommend families work on these together, with an adult holding the willow while the child folds the strands over each other.

​You can hang them from a tree this winter and in the spring you can use them as a plant support. They also make excellent swords or wands, if the need arises ;)

​This Open Weave is free to attend. If you would like to participate in the mini-workshop, pricing starts at $18, with the option to contribute more if you’re able.
