Speaker Series: Dr Nat Bletter

​Join us to hear from Dr. Bletter has 15 years experience in botany, documenting exotic fruits and vegetables, gathering food in the wild, as well as herbal and traditional medicine. He is also the founder of the traditional-ingredient, high-antioxidant, artisanal chocolate company Madre Chocolate located on Oahu. He continues botany research at UH.
