​This course is designed to focus on Health & Wellness for employees in the district. Here we will create a safe and healthy environment to promote wellness and with the goal of improving self-care and longevity. Addressing wellness for employees means implementing efforts to support their physical, mental, and social needs. This in turn will help the employee create practical strategies that will enhance every aspect of well-being.
