Shadowdark with Caleb

​This is an RPGFest event; we'll be playing an in-person tabletop roleplaying game with a small group. The game will be hosted in Western Queens. Come prepared to roleplay!

​Those who dare the lost halls of the Shadowdark are called by many names: Devlers, explorers, robbers. Most prominently they are called crawlers. As crawlers you will dive into dangerous ruins, use your wits to survive, and likely die all in pursuit of gold and glory. Shadowdark is an old school style game with modern design sensibilities that encourages quick decisions and leads to harrowing adventures. “Both the wise and foolish risk their fortunes in the Shadowdark. Armored soldiers, bearing the crest of the distant city-state of Aulon, have trampled through the countryside, disrupting the peace. They have warped the Temple of Ord into a dark shrine of their own god by installing there a sinister Blood Gem of Ramlaat. Brave souls(that’s you!) have been called from afar to expel the Aulons and restore the temple’s sanctity to Ord!

This is an introductory adventure that will ease players into the game system. We will generate characters on the fly using https://shadowdarklings.net/
