About Event

Help us shape the energy transition with generative AI. Sign up for our workshop today! #GreenEnergyAI"

As part of our ongoing commitment to driving sustainable change and innovation in the energy sector, we are organizing a design workshop focused on the intersection of generative AI and energy transition. We believe that your expertise and insight would greatly contribute to the success of this event.

Our objective is to brainstorm and ideate new solutions that can leverage generative AI to inform and educate customers about reducing emissions, supporting renewable energy, and helping to balance our energy network. We are keen on exploring innovative ways to accelerate the energy transition and believe that collaborative ideation is the best way to find effective solutions.

We will start with the challenge statement:
"How could Generative AI/GPT be used to drive the energy transition."

The workshop will be facilitated by Simon Tyrrel, who specialises in design thinking and technology innovation. Throughout his career, he has transformed how people approach innovation in some of the biggest brands by providing advice on their digital workplace strategies. Simon is a member of the global senior leadership team at LiveTiles, who Empowers your people to accelerate the world’s path to net zero and My Net Zero as Head of Sustainability and Impact.

During the workshop, we'll:

  • Discuss the role and potential of generative AI in the energy sector

  • Brainstorm ideas on how we can use this technology to accelerate the energy transition.

  • Develop basic solution models of promising ideas.

  •  Share and gather feedback on these models to refine our solutions.

We believe your unique perspective and expertise would be invaluable in these discussions, and we are confident that this will be a rewarding experience for all participants.

Date: 14th June 2023
Time: 2 pm to 6 pm
(workshop end ~5 pm, followed by networking, and open discussion)
Address:  Level 20, 31 Queen Street, Melbourne 3000.

We look forward to your participation in this important endeavour towards creating a more sustainable and balanced energy future.
