The total cost of the camp is $500 per participant.

The camp does not include accommodation or meals. Participants are responsible for their own lodging and food during the event.

Cancellations are eligible for a full refund up to 15 days before the event. After that date, refunds will no longer be issued due to logistics and preparation costs.
