About 50 senior AI Tech Leaders (CTOs/VPs/Directors/Staff Engineers) will gather in Mountain View, CA, to network, discuss common challenges, and brainstorm solutions in small groups. The event will feature a fireside chat with guest speakers, and two collaborative brainstorming sessions.

Armand is leading the Product Management org for IBM's AI Portfolio of products focused on Generative AI and Traditional ML. Products include watsonx.ai and watsonx.gov. Previously he managed IBM's Data Science and AI Elite, delivering complex AI implementations for hundreds of clients.
Sriram Sankar, Anyscale, Chief Architect
Sriram is one of the industry's top deep infra and search engines experts, who has led major project in companies like Uber, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google and VMWare. Most recently he entered the AI space, focusing on the infra angle, for example, how to manage clusters on cloud providers to optimally obtain GPUs/CPUs for compute workloads; strategies for doing high performance LLM inference, etc.
Damian Danchenko, Google, Head of AI/ML Customer Engineering for Startups
Damian leads a team of ML experts, helping early-stage companies build their next greatest AI-based technologies on Google Cloud. Before joining Google in 2017, Damian worked in companies like Akamai, IBM, and US Department of Justice.
Gana Chandrasekaran, Microsoft, Principle TS/Director – Azure AI, Azure OpenAI
With decades of experience in the data and AI space, Gana has focused on building AI products and helping strategic customers develop and launch products in their education and healthcare sectors. His expertise spans various aspects of AI, including advanced Azure OpenAI models, open-source AI models, machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics. Gana has a demonstrated record of driving innovation and delivering solutions that increase customer acquisition and improve outcomes. His passion lies in leveraging AI to address complex challenges, create meaningful impact in education, and empower every person and organization in our communities.
Becky Soltanian, Sanborn, VP - Research and Development
With over a decade of AI and machine learning experience, Becky has led teams in developing advanced technologies for autonomous driving. She holds nine patents in the field and has expertise in generative AI, neural networks, and deep learning. Her work includes innovative AI solutions that have saved millions of dollars and earned recognition in AI competitions.

Before joining PMG, Vlad spent over 20+ years in software companies from startups to Microsoft & Intel, where he led major projects in Martech, Healthcare, and Telecom.
