​Tai is a meditation practitioner with over a decade of immersive experience in the Tibetan Buddhist and Insight traditions. He is currently in advanced tantric studies with a Lama based in Washington and has sat over 20 silent retreats (including two month-long immersions) in the Insight tradition. He’s had the privilege of guiding diverse groups in meditation both in-person and online, always with the intention of bringing peacefulness, presence, and heartfulness into the world.
