Prep for the session
To get the most out of this session we have put together some "pre-work" that we would advise going through before the session. This goes into a bit more detail about what to expect.
Session journey: What to expect
Pre-work: Review sample strategic plan, consider whether risk has been adequately factored in
Introduction: Intro to why risk is important and how it fits into strategic planning and core principles
Group Exercise: In small groups, compare your thoughts on the sample strategic plan and work to create a new version that adequately addresses risk.
Share back exercise: Subgroups present their thought process and result back to the wider group
Q&A: There will be space for questions throughout, using the chat function and during opportunities for Q&A!
