These are some of the conversations we’ll be having at our Rise up! Leadership event, happening at the Finoa office on April 3rd. 


​​We'll dive into aspects of effective leadership, including emotional intelligence, company culture, and the essence of leadership itself.

​​We define a leader as someone who takes responsibility for uncovering potential in both people and processes, demonstrating the courage to nurture that potential.

​​Throughout the event, we'll discuss key ideas to enhance your leadership skills and invite you to share your personal thoughts in an interactive discussion.
