​THE BREAKDOWN:

• ​7 AM: Meet us at COCO Cafe in CIC for a 20-minute run that will SUPERCHARGE you, followed by a 20-minute GLOWTASTIC workout that will have you shining like a disco ball. ✨

• ​8 AM: Head back to COCO Cafe for a delicious spread of COFFEE and PASTRIES, and then keep the energy alive with a MOVE YA BODY DANCE PARTY! 🕺💃

• ​9 AM: Use the showers, and stay and COWORK for free in CIC! 🤓
