Baby Goat Yoga With Zoya
Meet us under the shade of Mama Walnut for yoga with our adorable baby goats and Zoya.
Location: MAMA TREE in Upper Ojai (exact address shown upon confirmation of registration)
Suggested Donation: $33 - $55 per person, please pay MAMATREEOJAI@GMAIL.COM via Zelle or send an email to INFO@MAMATREEOJAI.COM to let us know if you'll pay in cash day off.
After you have paid our emailed you'll be approved to attend the event and receive a welcome email with the address and additional instructions.
No one will be turned away for lack of funds please reach out to us if you would like to attend but are feeling hindered by cost.
Schedule:
4:45 PM Gates open Please park opposite the barn in between the walnut trees.
5 - 5:15 PM: Opening circle and introduction to the goats
5:15 - 5:30 PM: Grounding and meditation
5:30 - 6:15 PM: Yoga flow
6:15 - 6:30 PM: Hibiscus tea will be served and we will have a final circle up to close the space
What to bring: A yoga mat, refillable water bottle, clothes that you don’t mind baby goats stepping on and that are comfortable enough to do dynamic movement in. Bring a sweater to warm up in as we get moving.
Zoya is a professionally trained gymnast and yoga instructor with over 20 years of experience coaching and teaching students of all ages. Class will include movement flows adaptable to all skill levels, with personalized feedback and hands on guidance.
The intention for the days experience is to prompt a sense of joy and grounding as well as to increase confidence and awareness in the body.
