​As part of Mercer Island School District's Phone-Free program, we are empowering families to foster healthy relationships with technology at home. In partnership with Scroll By Choice, parents and guardians can explore what Digital Wellness means for them as adults and learn how to model positive digital habits—supporting students on their journey toward building healthy connections with technology.

​​The Roundtable format includes some instruction time, followed by small-group discussions and share-out of best practices and ideas.
