Nicole de Beer is the founder and CEO of Gigevate, a digital platform transforming the electronic music industry. With a background in marketing and business development Nicole has dedicated her career to bridging the gap between artists and event organisers, creating a more transparent, secure and equitable ecosystem for the industry. Before founding Gigevate, she worked with numerous artists and event organisers, developing digital marketing strategies and fostering community engagement. Through her work, Nicole aims to empower independent artists and promote fair practices across the music scene. With years of experience in digital marketing and a passion for creating sustainable change, Nicole is now focused on scaling Gigevate and driving the future of electronic music bookings.

John Waayer is the co-founder of Ander Hout, an organization committed to creating sustainable and social impact. With creativity, dedication, and joy, he is building a financially healthy organization that reuses wood and offers people new perspectives.
Ander Hout is a truly sustainable furniture company that crafts new products without cutting down trees. While most new furniture is made from freshly harvested wood, 99% of Ander Hout's creations are built using reclaimed wood from demolition projects. The company expertly salvages and repurposes this wood, removing nails and processing it with care, to give it new life as furniture, retail interiors, office fittings, and other wooden goods. Honest craftsmanship, no fuss, and a deep commitment to reducing unnecessary deforestation are at the heart of everything Ander Hout does.

Andrii Skriabin is a co-founder of Empaths, a platform on a mission to make philanthropy more accessible, transparent, and meaningful — especially for the next generation of givers. With over 13 years of experience in product development and a background in computer science, Andrii has always been drawn to building things that matter. After moving to the Netherlands in 2022 with his family, he decided it was time to use his skills to support something bigger than just another app or feature — and that’s how Empaths started.
Before this, Andrii led product teams, launched SaaS tools from scratch, and helped turn ideas into working platforms across various industries. Now, with Empaths, he’s focused on helping donors and fundraisers connect in smarter, more values-driven ways. It’s not just about tech — it’s about creating space for empathy, collaboration, and long-term impact.
