About Event

We meet at the cross section of tech, art and self awareness, bringing intention and healing expression to the Bright Moments NFT Gallery experience. In this event, participants will be invited to give themselves permission to listen, feel, move, express, and release stagnate energy. This is a guided somatic practice which combines meditation, guided movement, dance and the evoking of emotions through curated sound to create more space in the body which allows us to take in more of what we want– to experience more joy, presence, and peace in our lives. We will invite the intentionally curated art in the Bright Moments Gallery space-- NFTs, sound and a guide-- to inspire our collective healing expression. Together we reshape what it looks and feels like to gather to experience art with presence, intention, healing and community.
