​On February 17th at 11AM EST, we are excited to be hosting RECRUITED by On Deck: a free, half-day virtual conference that focuses on driving recruitment success in a digital-first world. You’ll hear from top speakers, participate in interactive workshops, network with peers and experts, and get to know the On Deck team through short, high value sessions over the course of the day. Topics will include sourcing top talent, evolving recruiting tactics, building a compelling employer brand, and so much more.

​Having grown our team in 2021 from 50 to 250, we at On Deck know the immense value a great recruiter can bring to a company, so we are dedicated to continuing to up-level recruiters worldwide.
