Having ups and downs is a normal part of business but when you experience more downs than ups, it can leave you feeling frazzled and your nervous system feeling shot.
This workshop will help you reconnect with a sense of peace and take a break from feeling run down. Our bodies are meant to handle a certain amount of stress, wear and tear, but scientific research backs up the fact that you're not meant to push push push (I see you, hustle culture, I'm coming for you!).
Your body is pleading to be let back into the conversation and decision-making processes, but unless you learn how to listen to your gorgeous meat suit, all of its wisdom is rainwater running into the sewer.
Culturally, brown people are the best at running ourselves into the ground. I should know, I just moved to Montreal to "make it" in a hypercapitalist society while getting my Masters degree (in creative arts therapy aka fun psychotherapy). Insidious & chronic stress can kill you, no pressure.
Will this workshop put an end to this insanity? No, but it's a start.
