How it works: Register on Luma
1) Start cooking at: Chef.convex.dev Generate and launch your realtime full‑stack app built with Convex chef.
2) Deploy and share your chef app link (chef.app or chef.show) link on X, Bluesky, LinkedIn, or Reddit. Show us what you built. Tag us @convex_dev on x
3) Submit your cooked app here before April 22nd 12pm.

April 22nd: Finish baking with Convex Chef and Submit
April 24th: Hackathon Winners Announced
Categories and Prizes:
Best realtime app: $1,000 in cash + Convex Swag
Built something that’s on fire? Apps that sync instantly, respond in real-time, and make multiplayer feel effortless belong here. Bonus points for creative use of presence, live updates, or collaborative features.
Best use of AI: $1,500 in cash + Convex Swag Did you cook an AI app with Chef? This category is for apps that make AI feel magical — whether it's in the UI, under the hood, or powering the whole experience. Bonus points for originality and smooth AI UX.
Overall winner : $2,500 in cash + Convex Swag + 6months of Convex Pro
This one’s for the full-stack standout — the most complete, impressive app built with Convex Chef. Great idea, great execution, real-time magic, and maybe even a touch of AI. If it’s polished, useful, and fun to use, it belongs here.

Terms and Conditions: An unlimited number of individuals and teams is allowed.
You can cook solo or as a team.
Teams can be no more than 4 people in the kitchen.
Only one team member needs to register here at the Luma link.
You must submit your app before 12 pm PT on April 22nd to be eligible.
How submissions are judged:
Your app will be reviewed by the Convex team based on three things:
Creativity and execution in your selected category
Overall quality and engagement (including likes, shares, comments)
Virality and buzz across social platforms
There are two category winners and then one overall winner
Winners announced on April 24th!
