Join Phil from Ecology of Sound for an afternoon dedicated to unwinding and resetting the mind and body.
The afternoon starts with a deeply relaxing sound bath in the beautiful woodland area using Gongs, Crystal Bowls and Himalayan Bowls, creating an immersive soundscape of healing frequencies.
Following the Sound Bath it's an opportunity to experience the magical benefits of sauna and cold water contrast therapy within the woodland sauna.
We will finish with warm drink around the campfire.
