Our amazing panel members:

Dorothy Chou

Dorothy leads Policy & Public Engagement at DeepMind, an artificial intelligence company. She has spent her career building social justice, ethics, & accountability structures at technology companies, including the first Transparency Report- an industry standard that more than 70 technology companies use to show how laws and corporate policies affect free expression and privacy online. Prior to DeepMind, Dorothy was responsible for policy development at Uber on consumer protection, safety & self-driving cars. She also led corporate communications at Dropbox, and worked in communications and public policy for seven years at Google.

Outside of work, she has recently completed a Master’s in Bioethics at the University of Oxford, serves on the development board of the Young Vic, and is an angel investor with Atomico and a Venture Partner at Ada Ventures.

Naza Metghalchi

Naza is a Principal at EQT Ventures, one of the largest founder and operator-led VC funds globally. She focuses on B2B software and enterprise AI applications. She works with founders who are reshaping sectors by automating manual and repetitive processes, digitising workflows, particularly in services that can be eaten by AI.

She began her career at onefinestay, a VC-backed consumer marketplace, where she held commercial and product marketing positions, from pre Series A until exit, after raising $80m. She also published Rewarding Talent, a guide and app for founders trying to navigate employee ownership and stock options.

Born in Iran, raised in Paris, and now in London, she gravitates towards founders that are tireless, with intrinsic motivations coming from their upbringing.

Naza holds a MS in Management from the London School of Economics, and a BA in Political Science from Kings College London. In her spare time, Naza is obsessed with A24, loves connecting people around food, and enjoys the subtle absurdity of Japanese literature.

Georgie Gibson

Georgia Gibson is the co-founder, Chief Creative Director + community builder at Youni, a social network dedicated to changing the way that we interact in real life. In the creative sphere, Georgie has excelled as a Consultant at Entrepreneur First and as the Creative Director and Co-Founder of Burniture, where she has been celebrated for her work in sustainable design and won a number of awards. Her innovative approach and leadership skills earned her a Fellowship at Sigma Squared Society, recognising her as one of the world's most forward-thinking young entrepreneurs. Georgia has also made significant contributions in marketing and product management across several organisations, including Union Education Group, Roobah, and Bimble.

Georgia has a Double First Class degree in Modern Languages from Oxford University, where she won a number of awards and scholarships.

Georgina Steele MEng

Georgina Steele is a software engineering leader distinguished for her AI-driven and climate innovations. At Tractable, her work building a POC with a top 5 global insurance company contributed to the company achieving unicorn status. More recently, she architected Sylvera’s backend technology, increasing performance and development times by over 10x. Recognised early as one of the UK's most promising female engineers (Top 5 Ricardo Most Promising Female Engineer Award), her expertise and dedication to technological excellence make her stand out as a high potential, though already excelling, climate leader.

Outside of her engineering work, Georgina is a passionate advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion. For the past two years, she has been a delegate for UN Women UK, representing the UK at the largest conference for female equality, The UN’s Commission on the Status of Women.
