A Retreat for Systems and Site Leaders of Color
Mindset Studio serves as a three day affinity-based convening for affirming the thought leadership of education site and systems leaders of color in the form of workshops, lightning talks and consultancies. MindCatcher will host participants on October 11-13, 2022 in the San Francisco Bay Area, California. Participants will learn from each other's leadership practice and engage in practices that promote connectedness, understanding and collective healing by addressing problems of practice that connect to one of these following focus areas: psychological safety wellness, staff agency, youth decision-making, or managing uncertainty.
