About the presenter

James Harriman worked as a Technical Officer for the Navy, overhauling and certifying electronic systems, where he first created printed circuit boards with tape on film.

He worked for ABC Radio on broadcasting and studio equipment due to his interest in audio technologies and recordings. With a growing interest in software and databases meant he jumped at the chance of working for Altium. This was the ultimate combination of electronics and software, and why James is still working here over 25 years later and brings a great oversight on the advancements in technology, electronic design and best practices.

Now he is responsible for maintaining the technical relationships with companies globally, as well as various other jack of all trades jobs in Altium.
