Move & Mindfulness: workout n journaling workshop
Join us for a community-centered morning of movement, mindfulness, and self-care designed to energize your body and clear your mind.
We’ll kick things off with a 3-mile group run, followed by a 20-minute outdoor bodyweight HIIT workout led by Ralle with music to keep you moving. Then, settle in for a 45–60 minute guided journaling and mindfulness workshop led by Emily, founder of Journaling Classes.
This experience is about more than just fitness — it’s an opportunity to connect with yourself and others in an intentional, uplifting way.

ABOUT YOUR HOSTS:
Emily Chertow, she/her, is the founder of @journalingclasses. She is a community builder, educator, healer and Brooklyn-based creative. She spends her time hosting fun community events, or is likely in the park with friends and coffee shops with her journal. Emily is passionate about advocating for mental health, human connection and the power of putting pen to paper. Emily has journaled with over 10,000 people and is passionate about holding space that is inclusive, safe and welcoming to all!
