【プログラムの目的】
世界を目指す女性起業家のための、実践型・連続ワークショップがスタートします。
HerRiseは、渋谷区の、日本進出・事業拡大を目指す女性起業家・スタートアップ経営者のための、超実践型プログラムです。単なる知識習得ではなく、その場で学び、体験し、即ビジネスに活かすことを目的としています。
6月18日（水）には、連続プログラムの第1回目として、
課題を持ち込めるOpen Hourに加え、
「起業家＆女性起業家としての心構え」
をテーマにしたワークショップを開催します。
このワークショップでは、
経営の本質とは何か
起業家とは何者か
といった根本をディスカッション形式で探り、多様な視点を得ながら自分の軸を育てる時間をつくります。
これからの挑戦に必要な「心の準備」を整える、第一歩となる機会です。
【タイムライン】
9:00〜18:00 壁打ち＆相談によるオフィスアワー。
さまざまなテーマに関して、個別またはグループのメンタリング、コーチング、専門的なサポートを受けることができます。（希望者のみ／Open Hour）
18:30〜20:30 ワークショップ（対面／オンライン同時開催）20:30〜21:00 ネットワーキング（自由参加）

すべてのSTEPは、「実際に使える」「すぐに行動できる」実践重視の設計です。単発参加も可能ですが、連続参加を通じてコミュニティの一員として成長することを推奨しています。
【対面参加者】
女性起業家 / Shibuya Startup Support所属者
日本で登記されている個人・法人。すでにプロダクトアイディアがあり1年以内に登記予定の個人（推奨）
日本語または英語がビジネスレベル以上
創業から概ね10年以内の法人または個人（※参加者数に応じて緩和あり）
フォームにて、プログラム応募対象・ご利用条件に同意し、本コースへの継続的な参加意欲のある方
【オンライン参加者】
女性起業家または外国人起業家
将来的にビジネスを起こしたい学生、社会人でオブサーバーとしての参加したい方
日本語または英語がビジネスレベル以上
プログラム応募対象・ご利用条件（二次録画はしない、プライバシーポリシーに同意など）に同意する方
【参加方法】
対面参加には、Googleフォームによる事前登録が必要です。
オンライン参加者はフォーム記入不要です。
登録後、運営事務局からの参加承認メールをもって正式な参加確定となります。

Launching a Practical, Year-Round Workshop Series for Women Entrepreneurs Aiming for Japan Success
HerRise is a highly practical, action-driven program designed for women entrepreneurs and startup founders looking to expand into Japan and beyond. This is not just about gaining knowledge—it's about learning by doing, and immediately applying it to your business.
On June 18th, we will kick off this year-long program with STEP 1: "Mindset Building for Women Entrepreneurs" with an optional Open Hour.
In this interactive workshop, participants will explore fundamental questions such as:
What does it mean to be an entrepreneur?
What is the true nature of management?
Through lively discussions and diverse perspectives, you will build a strong personal and entrepreneurial foundation, preparing yourself for future growth and challenges.

Each step is designed to equip you with skills you can immediately put into action. While you can join each session individually, continuous participation is strongly encouraged to maximize growth and community engagement.
[Eligibility for In-Person Participation]
Women entrepreneurs or all- gendered members of Shibuya Startup Support members are welcome
Individuals or businesses registered in Japan (or planning registration within one year)
Proficient in Japanese or English at a business level
Ventures founded within the past ~10 years (flexible depending on applicant numbers)
Willingness to participate continuously and agreement to program policies

Women entrepreneurs or international founders.
Students or professionals interested in starting a business (observer participation possible)
Proficient in Japanese or English at a business level
Agreement with the program’s terms of use (e.g., no recording, privacy policy)
【How to Apply】
In-person participants must register in advance via the Google Form.
Online participants do not need to register via the form.
After registration, your participation will be confirmed upon receiving an approval email from the program office.
We encourage you to register early.
If the number of applicants exceeds capacity, we may need to make a selection. Thank you for your understanding.
Priority is given to those who wish to join the entire program series.
