In this workshop we invite new and established couples, or practice partners to join us in this discovery of new relational tools and practice, that show us:

Alex Mischka is a Conscious Sex & Relationship coach, who helps men & women understand who they are as erotic, relational beings, helping them dive deeper into their intimate stories & evolve toward more expansive, connected relationships. He is deeply passionate about menswork, & is also a Hypnobreathwork guide.

The venue has mats and cushions, but please bring anything else you need to feel comfortable, like a blanket or layer.
Please note that we will be openly discussing and practising with erotic energy, and with workshops of this nature there is always the potential for triggers. This is not a therapeutic workshop. We will invite you to practice self responsibility around your physical and emotional wellbeing, and invite you to seek professional support if you have active trauma that you feel may be activated by this offering.
This also is not a temple space. There will be no nudity or intimate sexual activity, only working with the inherent energies of intimate relating.
