You Are Worthy / Taking Up Space

​During this gathering we uncover the illusion of scarcity as well as understanding the depth of our worth. How do we “take up space”? Where does confidence come from? Come discuss what it looks like to live in alignment with yourself and be rooted in your sovereignty. The meditation technique will instruct you in ways to “let go” and create more mental space.

​The project is a SHADOWBOX OF CURIOSITY: make individual assemblage art within a wooden shadowbox to symbolically take up space for yourself and express authenticity while considering what it means to be seen and establish boundaries.
