​Session Brief: Join this 90 minute session where you’ll be introduced to the concept of being an insight driven organisation (IDO). The session will cover the principles and examples of how other organisations leverage strategy, people, process, data and technology to be more insight driven. We’ll also include some examples of practical techniques for getting the best out of Excel, and examples of the benefits available of using data visualisation tools and automation.
