The Ghana Health Service has embarked on an agenda to leverage Information Communication Technology (ICT) to facilitate the achievement of universal health coverage. In today's rapidly evolving technological landscape, management and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) professionals face a myriad of trends, challenges, and opportunities. Hence, it is necessary to continually build the capacity of management and ICT professionals to address the challenges they face in their field.
