FlexiYin Yoga Practice
Instead of a formal class, this will be an informal practice where we can all suggest poses we would like to work on, chat during the stretches, or just space out and allow our muscles to gently stretch while we practice deep and relaxing breathing.
Note: If there are new students (you can invite whoever you'd like to), I am more than willing to turn our informal practice into a class and explain every step of the stretching process.
Props Suggested:
Yoga blocks or books —even a low stool or a yoga wheel will prove useful
Bolster (sometimes, but you can even make your own with pillows wrapped in blankets if you don't have one available)
Knee or bum padding, such as folded blanket or cushions
Empty wall (probably, but it's best to have one available just in case)
Strap, belt or non-elastic band
Medium height stool or chair
Notes:
Please make sure the camera is ON and placed away enough from the mat so I can see your full body during class.
Please make sure your phone is OFF or in Do Not Disturb mode, so that there are no distractions whatsoever that might keep you away from being fully engaged in your FlexiYin Yoga practice.
