From the people who brought you Fintech Compliance Chronicles, join us in Midtown Manhattan during New York Fintech Week and become a part of the brand new Fintech Compliance Circle. The kickoff event for a monthly forum of accomplished fintech compliance professionals in NYC (in-person) and around the world (virtual) to discuss the most pressing topics in the fintech/banking/payments/crypto space focused on compliance/audit/risk/regulations and more.

6 - 615 - Formal program begins, introductions
615 - 655 - Discussion regarding topics in the space. This is the meat of our typical events; as this is the first time we’re getting together we’ll keep it light (90 minutes allotted in future events). But essentially an opportunity to ask and receive input/feedback from other attendees. We will be seeking suggestions for topics from registered attendees ahead of the event and the agenda will be finalized on April 4. Sample/potential hot and current topics to discuss - BaaS, AML enforcement actions, crypto regulation, CFPB proposals in the works i.e. late fees/open banking, SVB/Silvergate/Signature/First Republic one year later, etc.
