OC Techqueria Morning Hike

​Join us for a refreshing morning hike along the beach-side trails of Newport Beach! Connect with the OC Techqueria community, enjoy scenic views, and soak in the perfect fall weather—around 64 degrees and partly cloudy, ideal for hiking. The Reef Point and Crystal Cove Trail is an easy hike, with minimal elevation and with Daylight Saving Time ending, we’ll all be well-rested and ready to go!

​Plan:
We’ll hike for about 3 hours, including a break to grab a bite along the trail. It’s a great chance to enjoy the scenery, make new friends, and relax in good company.

​What to Bring:

• ​Comfortable shoes and athletic wear

• ​Water and snacks

• ​Towel to clean off sand

• ​Sun protection (hat, sunglasses, sunscreen)

• ​Money for parking and food

​Parking:
Parking is available for $15, and we encourage carpooling or ride-sharing to keep things easy and sustainable! Currently, one car will be coordinating a carpool from Downtown Santa Ana—feel free to join in if you'd like a ride! Just let us know, and we’ll help arrange it.
